Pati Falk is an educational consultant presenting workshops and seminars on learning-focused conversations and teacher and administrator performance frameworks for a variety of educator audiences.
During her more than 30 years of experience as an educator, Pati has taught students in grades K-12 and served as LOA faculty in teacher and principal pre-service courses at the university level. Pati was the elementary education consultant for the Nevada Department of Education and served as principal of a large Title 1 School. As elementary director of a regional professional development service center Pati had oversight of curriculum, instruction and professional learning and led region-wide instructional coaching, organizational learning, and PK-3 initiatives. Pati has served as an area superintendent and leadership development coordinator for a district of 64,000 students. As a member of a statewide school leadership team she provides services as a leadership coach for novice and veteran principals and facilitates workshops supporting districts in meaningful supervision and support of teachers and administrators.
Pati holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and an M.Ed in Special Education and licensure in School Administration from the University of Nevada.
